THE VISION
A NEW FACILITY. EVERY SEASON. EVERYONE.
We’re not asking for a monument—we’re asking for a practical, right-sized community hub modelled on facilities that already work in rural Nova Scotia.
We use the idea of a rink, to get the conversation rolling. But we know that active living is a part of the Eastern Shore. So what about an pool, walking track, gym, and community space. We feel this is needed on the shore.
WHERE WOULD IT BE BUILT?
We all have opinions on where something this significant would go. At this point, we just want to begin a conversation, demonstrating the need and desire of the community. Once we get the ears of city officials, etc. we can then begin working as a community on finding a spot that works best for all.
